Together, we create a WhatsApp group chat which would enable us to communicate easily with each other to ensure that our assigned tasks are being carried out properly. This group chat was also used to exchange required information needed in order to complete our research and planning.
Each person in our group was assigned different tasks of the development stage to carry out based on the person we was given. As we are a group of 4, one persons tasks was split into two. Person 1 - this person was required to carry out the horror genre research section. This was carried out by Sam and Karl. Person 2 - this person was required to carry out the textual analysis. This was carried out by Nathan. Person 3 - this person was required to carry out the concepts and treatment sections and this was carried out by Latoya. |

Latoya created our weebly page and designed it, including our crew profiles page. She also created our team logo and production name logo using photoshop.

Our team logo and production name logo was created by Latoya, and Nathan came up with the production name. Latoya created our team logo and production name logo using Photoshop, and it took a few days as there was a spelling error in her first draft. When creating her second draft after the spelling error, she used special dripping effects to make our production name and logo unique so it stands out to our target audience.
Karl and Sam started the genre horror research and Nathan was adding finishing touches to the textual analysis page.

Latoya's laptop broke, therefore, she wasn't able to add more improvements to our blog from home. However she was adding work from the computers at college.

We decided as a group during lesson time that we was not going to continue with Nathans idea as it was not clear enough and the locations were hard to film, therefore, we began to consider Latoya's idea as it was clearer and the locations were easier to film in.
As there were a few disputes in our group as to what idea we should do, Latoya added a voting poll to our concepts page in which others could vote.

Nathan was behind in his development tasks as he had not added the improvements which Mr Barton told him too. He needed to have completed these improvements by the next lesson which was the day after - Monday 10th September 2016.

Nathan claims that he done the work which was due today but it didn't save on our blog, so he is currently behind.

- Karl and Nathan are doing camerawork. This has not been completed yet.
- Latoya in charge of doing digital and drawing drafts of the posters and magazine. The drawing and digital drafts have been started for the posters. however, the drawing and digital drafts still need to be completed for the magazines. Annotations also need to be added.

As a group, we have decided that we're going to drop Nathan from our group as he is being extremely lazy, hes not turning up to lessons or hes arriving late, hes not doing the work and when he does do it, he hands it in past the deadlines or it hasn't been completed and he keeps blaming Karl for not doing the work. Hes really irresponsible and hes not putting in any effort with his work and presentation.
Me, Karl and Sam have agreed that I will do the makeup and costume tutorials and the storyboard, Karl will do the sound design and Sam will do the location and risk assessments.
