SHOOT ONE
shoot two
EQUIPMENT USED:
tripod
This accessory was important in supporting the camera and removing any swaying or movement that would cause our shots to be shaky while filming freehand. It allowed for steady shots and slight movement and panning on the swiveling axis of the tripod. The ways that the tripod could be manipulated allowed for experimentation and creativity in what we had in our shot list. We would maybe choose to do a low or high angle or see if a shot was more effective in a tripod or freehand.

LIGHTING |
Often when filming we faced problems with lighting. We chose to film in the late afternoon, evening, or night. Obviously as a horror this was so that we could get the correct atmosphere for the scary scenes. This meant that we needed to augment the lighting in our shots using lamps to correct effective lowkey lighting that would really make our shots stand out.
